Choose between Class 1 or Class 3
The Wire Peak lets you switch seamlessly between Class 1 (pedal-assist up to 20 mph) and Class 3 (up to 28 mph). Crank it up to Class 3 via the companion app or display to fly down the road to the trailhead, then drop back to Class 1 to stay fully compliant on local trails.

Who is this bike for?
The Wire Peak is a capable all-arounder ebike with plenty of suspension to tackle rough descents, but balanced with plenty of torque for comfort and capability on technical climbs and starts at a great price point.
How long will it take to arrive?
Estimated lead times are listed under each model's size in the bike builder. Times may vary a little based on current conditions, frame size, color, and availability.
Do I need to connect my bike to the app before my first ride?
Yes! Before taking your bike out for its first spin, you must complete a one-time activation using the Avinox Ride app. During initial setup, scan the QR code on the bike’s touchscreen using the app while connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data. Once activated, your motor system will be fully unlocked. Important: Do this at home before heading out to the trail! If you try to activate your bike in a remote area without cellular service, you will not be able to complete the setup or access full motor assist. Once initial activation is complete, you can ride anywhere—even completely offline.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, at checkout there are several options available for financing.
What is the difference between 130Nm Sustained Power and 150Nm Boost?
The Avinox M2S drive unit delivers up to 130 Nm of continuous sustained torque in standard high-assist modes. When extra output is needed for steep climbs or technical trail sections, Boost Mode steps output up to 150 Nm and 1,500 W of peak power. By default, Boost lasts for 30 seconds, but riders can customize this duration anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds directly via the Avinox Ride smartphone app or the frame’s touchscreen display. After the timer ends, the motor smoothly settles back to sustained power.
How long does charging take?
The initial full charge of the battery may take several hours. The 800Wh battery charges in about 6 hours with the standard charger. You can choose to purchase a 12A fast charger here.
How do I charge my e-bike battery safely?
To charge an e-bike battery safely, set up your charging station in a cool, dry area between 50°F and 77°F (10°C to 25°C), well away from direct sunlight, heating vents, and moisture. Always use the manufacturer-approved charger specifically designed for your battery to prevent electrical damage or fire hazards. Keep the immediate area clear of flammable materials like blankets, paper, or rugs, and place both the battery and charger on a hard, flat, non-combustible surface such as concrete, tile, or metal to prevent heat buildup. Ensure the room has proper ventilation to allow heat to dissipate, and keep a working smoke detector nearby while avoiding charging near primary escape routes.
Will the battery be charged when the bike arrives?
The batteries on all our e-bikes are shipped in a ‘deep sleep’ mode and will have about 20%-30% charge when they arrive. Before your first ride, the battery should be fully charged. The initial charge from ‘deep sleep’ to full could take up to 24 hours as the battery’s individual cell charges are equalized. After that, it should only take 6-7 hours for a full charge.
Are the electronic components waterproof?
All the electronic components (drive unit, battery, displays, switches, etc.) are water resistant. Washing the bike with a low-pressure hose, riding through small puddles, and riding in the rain are all activities the electronics are prepared for. That said, submerging the system under water or using high pressure water to wash the bike could allow water ingress and damage the electronic components and should be avoided.
What motor does the Wire Peak use?
Every level of Wire Peak uses the Avinox M2S drive unit to give you up to 150Nm of torque, up to 1300W of power, and nearly silent operation.
Can the Wire Peak Carry a Water Bottle?
Every size frame has room for a full-size water bottle in the front triangle. Choose one of the two mounting positions and use the other for tools or accessories.
What is the tire clearance on the frame?
We designed Wire Peak to accept up to a 29x2.6in tire on a 30mm internal width rim.
How far can I ride?
Ah, the age-old question. The range of Wire Peak depends on several factors including: assist mode use, rider weight, terrain, ambient temperature, and rider input. We've been on rides that left us drained before the battery. Tune your settings and equipment to suit your needs.
Can I use a battery smaller than 800Wh?
Yes, Avinox FS600 batteries can also be used. Different battery mounting hardware will be required.
What charge level and temperature should I store the battery at?
For storage time less than 30 days, the battery can be stored at 100% charge at a temperature between 14F-113F. For storage times longer than 30 days, the battery should be discharged to ~70% prior to storage and kept at temperature between 14F-95F. Every 6-months, the battery should be fully charged (and then discharged to ~70% if stored for longer than 30-days again).
Can the battery be removed?
Yes, the battery can be removed without removing the drive unit.

How fast will the Wire Peak go? Does it have a throttle? What class of e-bike is it?
Wire Peak is a programmable electric assisted bicycle. Its default setting is Class 1- pedal assist up to 20mph. Users can switch to Class 3 via the app or on-bike display to enable pedal assist up to 28mph for riding roads to get to the trail. Switch back to Class 1 with the app or display. When the bike is turned off, the mode reverts to default- the bike will be in Class 1 mode when it powers up. It does not have a throttle and only provides assistance when the rider is pedaling. However, just like a non-assisted bike, your own leg power or gravity will allow the bike to move faster than the assisted limit.
What chainguides can be used on the Wire Peak?
Each Wire Peak comes with a custom MRP chainguide designed for use with 32-36T chainings.
Which shocks are compatible with the Wire Peak?
Both air and coil shocks work well on the Wire Peak. The Wire Peak uses a 210 x 55mm shock with M8 x 30mm hardware on both eyelets. Shocks from RockShox, Fox, Marzocchi, DVO, and EXT have been test fit. If you have questions about a shock fitment, please contact us.

How will it arrive?
All Ari bikes go through our Custom Setup process, making sure the bike is fit and tuned specifically to you. They are test-ridden before delivery. If your bike is shipped to you, it’s still tuned and ready to ride and requires just a few minutes of assembly.
What is the warranty?
Each frame comes with a Lifetime Warranty. Ari branded frames come with a transferable warranty as well.
How does transferable warranty on Ari bikes work?
Ari branded frames come with a transferable frame warranty available to the second owner. The second owner can receive a one-year frame warranty from the date they purchase the bike from the original owner. Warranty only transfers once. All Ari bikes must have the transfer documented from the original owner to the new owner here in order to qualify for a transferable warranty.

What assembly is required when the bike arrives?
