There are no immediate changes to the pricing structure due to the evolution. Ari remains committed to providing world-class products with the same dedication to affordability, quality, and direct-to-consumer savings.

Can customers still use the Fezzari brand for customer support or warranties?

Yes, however all branding will transition to Ari. In case of warranty, Fezzari products will be replaced with the same Fezzari branded products as they are available and at the company’s discretion. Our commitment to exceptional service remains unchanged.

Ari is committed to constant innovation. As part of our evolution, we'll be launching multiple all-new bikes this year. These new additions represent our dedication to staying at the forefront of the cycling industry. Current existing models will continue and transition to ‘Ari’ branding as well.

Are there any changes to the warranty or support offered to Fezzari bicycles?

No, there is no impact on the warranty or support we provide. All existing warranties on Fezzari frames are still honored. Ari will continue to offer the same high standards of customer service, including a Lifetime Warranty on our frames and 4.9-star customer satisfaction rating. However, Ari branded frames come with a transferable frame warranty available to the second owner. The second owner can receive a one-year frame warranty from the date they purchase the bike from the original owner. Warranty only transfers once. To qualify for the transferable warranty, register the bike at aribikes.com/register within 30 days of purchase from the original owner.

The branding reflects Ari's commitment to sustainability through continued innovation. We are exploring eco-friendly materials and production methods to contribute positively to environmental conservation.

How does the Transferrable Warranty work on Ari frames?

Ari branded frames come with a transferable frame warranty available to the second owner. The second owner can receive a one-year frame warranty from the date they purchase the bike from the original owner. Warranty only transfers once. All Ari bikes must have the transfer documented from the original owner to the new owner at aribikes.com/register in order to qualify for a transferable warranty.
