Technology

Conceptualization to reality.

The best materials matter — but how they’re used is what makes an exceptional bike. Every Ari is designed in Lindon, Utah, down to the smallest detail.

Design process

“Would we ride this bike?”

It’s the question every Ari starts with. If the answer is no, we won’t make it — and because we trust our designs 100%, every frame carries a lifetime warranty.

Every new bike begins with research and development — understanding rider needs, market trends and where technology is heading.

Ideas are brainstormed and initial designs sketched, always against the one question: would we ride this bike?

Detailed plans are built in CAD, focusing on geometry, materials and how every component integrates with the frame.

Physical prototypes are tested for performance, durability and safety. Feedback drives refinement, then another round.

Once a design passes engineering verification and meets every spec, we set up manufacturing and quality-control processes.

Beyond the frame

Complete cycling systems.

Frame technology is paramount, but the whole bike and its components matter just as much. Innovation, kept simple and efficient.

Analysis

FBS Analytics

Full Bicycle System Analytics is how we evaluate the whole bike — frame, components and how they work together — not just the frame alone.
