Accessibility
Last updated November 3rd, 2026Ari Bikes wants every rider to be able to research, buy and get support for a bike on aribikes.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.
What we do
- Test pages with automated accessibility checks and by hand with a keyboard and screen reader.
- Write text alternatives for meaningful images and label form fields.
- Keep text readable against its background and make buttons and links large enough to tap.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus, and respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Fix problems as we find them, and review new pages and features before they launch.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from partners, such as the chat widget, payment and financing providers, embedded videos, reviews and maps. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their code, and some of it may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Some documents from component makers, such as PDF owner's manuals, may also be hard to use with assistive technology.
If anything gets in your way, contact us and we'll give you the information another way or help you place your order directly.
