We know accidents happen that may not be covered under warranty. In the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation, Ari may offer, at its discretion, replacement parts at discounted pricing. In the event of an accident, please contact an Ari Bicycles Representative at 888-572-1516 to see what we can do to get you back on the trails and roads as fast as possible!

Ever had a bike custom fit for you? It makes all the difference. Our virtual fit system, the 23-Point Custom Setup, gives you the best possible ride experience. It takes into account everything from your body measurements and riding style, all the way down to individual nuances and preferences. Oh, and it’s complimentary - part of the Ari Experience.
