Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorships & Partnerships: Identify, manage, and nurture partnerships with athletes, teams, events, and cycling influencers to promote our brand.
Event Management: Plan and execute sponsorships and activations at cycling events, races, and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
Brand Ambassador Program: Manage and grow our athlete ambassador program, including contract negotiation, content collaboration, and performance analysis.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to guide the company’s sports marketing strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sports marketing, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
Priority given to candidates with previous bicycle racing experience.
Strong understanding of cycling culture, events, and trends.
Proven experience managing sponsorships, events, and influencer partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate person to join our team and lead the development of certain bikes in our product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class bicycles that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

As a Customer Success
Specialist, you will be interacting with other Ari team members and Ari customers to help them have the exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, excited about our products, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have an open mind, are willing to learn, and love talking with people. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Customer interaction, implementing best-practices, coaching and guiding customers
Communicating about Ari products and helping people attain their riding desires
Establishing and managing expectations and goals
Qualifications
Must have an interest in and knowledge of bicycles. Must be self-motivated, easy to work with, willing to learn, and get along well with others. Must love biking and have an interest in all types of bikes. Must be excited and skilled at communicating with others both on the Ari Team and Ari customers. We are looking for the best people and pay will be commensurate. Work location will be in Lindon.
