However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our "Love it or Return it Guarantee" has got you covered.


Here are the details:

- Timeframe: You have a generous 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if your Ari bike is the perfect fit for you.

- Exclusions: Please note that this guarantee excludes damaged bikes, electronics, and pedals. Outlet bikes are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

- Shipping Responsibility: While we stand behind the quality of our products, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

- Return Authorization (RA) Number: To initiate a return, please call an Ari Team Member to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your bike.
