Serious performance. Straightforward value.

Impressive quality for its price tag and solid on-trail performance to go with it.

An extensive fit process before sending the bike so that it’s ready to rock.

My Fezzari Wasatch Peak

After a nearly decade hiatus from mountain biking, I pulled the trigger on purchasing a Wasatch Peak with the 27.5+ wheels. The SRAM 1x12 drivetrain gives me plenty of gearing, honestly, when I left riding many moons ago, 1x10 was just making the scene, I will forget that I still have a couple of gears left to get up that hill. The SR Suntour fork does a great job of soaking up the trails. I did have to swap out the saddle it came with for something a little wider and a little more comfortable, and swapped the slip on grips for a set of lock on ergonomic grips. The handling is fantastic on the windy, rooty Michigan trails, and on the trails with sand, the fat tires handle the sand like a champ. This is a great bike, and I have not regretted buying this bike for a second! My only regret is not getting the dropper post from the start....do yourself a favor and do that when you order it.

Great Bike and Great Service

I love my new Wasatch Peak Elite. My previous bike was a 20+ year old dual Suspension Klien. Air shock, 1x12 drivetrain, 29 tubeless tires, hydraulic disc brakes, and a much lighter frame is a big change.

Fezzari has great customer service, they kept me informed as my bike was being assembled and prepped for shipping. The bike showed up smartly packaged with even a note from the assembler. I had a small issue with the stem faceplate cracking during my assembly, they quickly shipped me a new one.

The Fezzari Wasatch Peak is a great whip!!

My new 2022 Wasatch Peak Elite was delivered a couple weeks back, and I love it! The build folks were really accommodating for the upgraded GX Eagle groupset that I sent them to be installed, and customer service comms were A+!

The bike itself is top notch. The welds are clean, paint is well applied, and frame specs/geometry are exactly what I was looking for (XC/trail). It performs just as well (or better) than all the big brand hardtails that I tried during my search, such as Specialized, GT, Santa Cruz, Cannondale and Marin.

If you're looking for a hardtail, don't let the silly company name stop you from considering this bike! It's been worth every $$$!

WASATCH PEAK COMP RACE 27.5+

I just bought 2 Wasatch Peak Comp Race 27.5+. One for myself and one for my daughter. This is our first Mountain bike ownership experience. Very easy to assemble and gears for both bikes were adjusted perfect. This bike easily glides over rocks, roots, and uneven terrain. It will climb very steep hills. If you can hang on and pedal it will climb it. The 27.5+ is a little slow on the concrete but it comes alive on the trail. I am very pleased with the friendly service and this high quality bike. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from Fezzari. I recommend this bike to anyone.

PERFECT FROM THE BOX.

This was my first new mountain bike in over 10 years so I was really behind on the current technology. Fezzari made the buying process a dream!!!! This bike was perfect from the box. No adjustments needed. I'm an XC rider at heart a d this bike fit my riding style to the "T"!!!!! Great geometry. Component package for the money is unmatched by any of the big showroom brands. I am a customer for life.

Common questions

Still deciding? Our team rides these bikes and can help you find the right setup.

Who is this bike for?

Riders of hardtail mountain bikes, like the Wasatch Peak, might be newcomers to the sport looking for a more affordable entry point that still offers plenty of capabilities for off-road adventures. Alternatively, they could be experienced cyclists who enjoy the purity of the ride and the enhanced connection to the trail that a hardtail provides. They appreciate the increased efficiency on climbs and the challenge of using their skills to handle descents and technical sections.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, at checkout there are several options available for financing.

How long will it take to arrive?

Estimated lead times are listed under each model's size in the bike builder. Times may vary a little based on current conditions, frame size, color, and availability.

How many water bottles fit inside the frame?

The L and XL sizes can fit two water bottles inside the front triangle. The M and S sizes can fit one water bottle inside the front triangle. All sizes can fit an additional water bottle below the downtube.

29er or 27.5+ tires? What’s the difference?

The Wasatch accepts both 29er and 27.5+ tires, making it highly versatile. 29er tires have a larger diameter than 27.5+ tires. In contrast, 29er tires are narrower than 27.5+ tires. In terms of on-trail feel, 29er tires offer a more precise, point-and-shoot feeling and provide better rollover capability over trail obstacles due to their larger diameter. 27.5+ tires have a more playful demeanor and feel more nimble. Their extra width allows for increased plushness and extra traction. This lends to a very confidence-inspiring ride for less experienced riders or someone who prioritizes playful handling.

Can I run a dropper post? What are the advantages of a dropper post?

Yes! The Wasatch has cable routing for an internally routed dropper post. The option to add a dropper post is available at checkout. The advantages of a dropper post are on-the-fly saddle height adjustment at the push of a button. It allows you to lower the seat when descending for more confidence and control while at the same time allowing you to raise the saddle back up for pedaling sections without ever getting off the bike. It also makes it easier to get on and off the bike since you can lower the saddle before mounting the bike.

Can I have the bike set up tubeless? What are the advantages of a tubeless setup?

Yes! The option to add a tubeless setup is available at checkout. The advantages of a tubeless setup are increased flat protection from punctures and the ability to run a lower tire pressure for increased comfort and traction on the trail.

What is the bottom bracket spec?

The Wasatch Peak uses a 73mm BSA English thread bottom bracket. Our philosophy is simple: if the bike is intended to be ridden on dirt, it gets a threaded bottom bracket. Threaded bottom brackets are easier to service and maintain.

What is the headset spec?

Top: ZS44; Bottom: ZS56

What are the dropout dimensions and axle spec?

Rear Dropout: 12mm x 148mm spacing, Rear Axle: 174mm length | M12 x 1.75P | 20mm thread length, Front Dropout: 15mm x 110mm spacing, Front Axle: Per fork manufacturer.

What is the seat post and seat clamp spec?

Seat Post: 31.6mm diameter. Seat Clamp: 34.9mm diameter.

What is the maximum tire clearance?

Rear Tire: 29in x 2.6in or 27.5in x 2.8in. Front Tire: Per fork manufacturer. (Typically 29in x 2.6in or 27.5in x 2.8in.)

What derailleur hanger is used on the Wasatch?

An Ari Frame Defense derailleur hanger is used on the Wasatch. A spare can be purchased directly from Ari.

How will it arrive?

All Ari bikes go through our Custom Setup process, making sure the bike is fit and tuned specifically to you. They are test-ridden before delivery. If your bike is shipped to you, it’s still tuned and ready to ride and requires just a few minutes of assembly.

What about service?

You can work directly with us, one of our recommended shops, or work through your local shop.

What is the warranty?

Every Ari frame has a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner. Paint, original components, bearings, bushings and frame hardware are covered for one year. If you sell the bike, the second owner gets a one-year frame warranty (one transfer, registered with Ari). Framesets bought on their own are covered only when Ari assembles them with components from an approved stock build. Crash damage isn't covered, but Ari may offer discounted crash replacement parts. Read the full warranty.

What is the guarantee?

Every new Ari bike comes with the 30-Day Love It or Return It Guarantee. Ride it on your own roads and trails for 30 days from the day it arrives, and if it isn't the right bike, you can return it. Contact the Ari team for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping it back. Damaged bikes, electronics and pedals are excluded, Ari Outlet bikes are final sale, and you pay the original and return shipping. Read the guarantee terms.

How does transferable warranty on Ari bikes work?

Ari-branded frames come with a transferable frame warranty available to the second owner. The second owner can receive a one-year frame warranty from the date they purchase the bike from the original owner. Warranty only transfers once. All Ari bikes must have the transfer documented from the original owner to the new owner here in order to qualify for a transferable warranty.
