The new Cache downtube storage offers secure, weather-sealed space for tools or gear, while multiple frame and fork mounts provide room for bottles and bags. With big tires, integrated storage, and versatile mounting, the Shafer is ready for racing, bikepacking, or all-day adventure.

All-New Shafer is 200 grams lighter with a high-end carbon frame tuned for ride quality, power transfer, and comfort. Customer feedback directly shaped key updates—like a traditional seat clamp, increased stack height, and size-specific chainstays that keep riders centered across all sizes. Rider-focused design combines balanced handling with powerful brakes and suspension-fork compatibility for confidence and control on any gravel road.

Proven Geometry, Evolved
Shafer positions riders centrally for an “in the bike” feel, with size-specific chainstays (425–440mm) that balance weight distribution and handling across all sizes. A slack 69° head angle with 50mm fork offset delivers stability and agility, while refined design reduces toe overlap—even on smaller frames—for a smoother, more confident ride.
Over 200g lighter
Refined tube shapes and junctions cut significant weight without sacrificing strength, bringing the medium frame down to just 928g and the suspension-corrected carbon fork to 491g, all while adding new features like downtube storage.
Suspension Fork Ready
Shafer is compatible with 60mm suspension forks, preserving geometry while boosting control and comfort on rough roads. It blurs the line between gravel and XC, adding even more capability to an already versatile bike.
Cache Frame Storage
A built-in downtube compartment provides secure, weather-sealed space for tools, food, or gear, with a robust, locking door that’s easy to open even with gloves.
Bigger Rotors, Better Stopping Power
With mounts for up to 180mm rotors, Shafer delivers stronger braking, better heat management, and more control on steep descents—whether loaded for bikepacking or pushing hard on singletrack. More power and consistency mean faster, more confident riding.
