What’s Covered?
Your Ari frame is built to last, and we stand behind it. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship on the frame for the original owner’s lifetime. If something goes wrong, we’ll work to make it right—fast.
Great bikes deserve second lives. If you sell your Ari, the new owner gets a one-year frame warranty from their purchase date (does not include ‘Fezzari’ branded frames). One transfer is allowed and must be registered with Ari. Click here to transfer the warranty
Not everything falls under warranty—accidents, crashes, or unexpected damage. But even then, we’ve got your back. We may offer discounted crash replacement parts to help you get rolling again. Just give us a call at 801-471-0440.

Limitations
Paint finish, original components, and all Ari brand repair parts, replacement parts, and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Bearings, bushings, and other frame hardware are wearable parts and have a one year warranty. Normal wear and tear, claimed defects, and malfunctions or failures that results from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse are excluded. For optimal performance, rider weight is recommended not to exceed 280 lbs for suspension bikes, and 300 lbs for non-suspension bikes. Rider weights that exceed the recommended limit may void the warranty on the frame and/or components. The owner is responsible for all labor charges. Carbon mountain frames purchased prior to August 28, 2017 are covered by a five year warranty. Shipping, expedited shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If frame is no longer in stock or production, Ari will provide a credit towards the needed frame part at its own discretion. Framesets purchased separately are only covered under Ari’s Lifetime Warranty when assembled by Ari staff using components from an approved Ari stock build. Framesets built by a customer, third party, or with non-stock components are not covered.
