Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Ari Bikes reserves the right to modify, update, substitute, discontinue, or correct product specifications, components, pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability at any time without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, order, or payment method.

Any offer for a product or service is void where prohibited.

Section 5 - Bike Fit, Sizing, Setup, AI Recommendations, and Trail Recommendations

Ari Bikes may provide bike finder tools, sizing tools, fit guidance, custom setup tools, product recommendations, trail recommendations, AI-assisted recommendations, or related content.

These tools and recommendations are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They are based on the information you provide, general product data, algorithms, third-party tools, and/or AI systems such as Google Gemini. Recommendations may not account for every rider preference, body proportion, riding style, local condition, trail condition, mechanical limitation, compatibility issue, or safety consideration.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, confirming product suitability, and contacting Ari Bikes if you have questions about sizing, setup, compatibility, trail suitability, or product selection.

Ari Bikes does not guarantee that any recommended bike, size, setup, accessory, component, or trail will be perfect for you or suitable for every use case.

You should use caution, wear appropriate safety equipment, follow local laws and trail rules, inspect your bike before riding, and ride within your ability.

Section 6 - Orders, Billing, and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, placed by dealers/resellers/distributors, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, affected by inventory errors, or otherwise problematic.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and promptly updating your email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

Section 7 - Pricing, Promotions, Discounts, and Errors

Prices, promotions, discounts, financing offers, bundles, product availability, shipping rates, and taxes are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. This may include errors related to product descriptions, pricing, discounts, promotions, financing offers, shipping charges, transit times, inventory, availability, or specifications.

Discount codes, promotional offers, ambassador codes, referral links, and affiliate links may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, product restrictions, and usage limits. Discounts generally cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Ari Bikes does not control third-party financing or leasing approval decisions. Ari Bikes is not responsible for any denial of financing, payment delays, financing terms, interest rates, fees, or eligibility determinations made by third-party providers.

Ari Bikes does not store full credit card numbers. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment providers.

Section 9 - Shipping, Delivery, Pickup, Assembly, and Risk of Loss

Shipping, delivery, pickup, and assembly options may vary by product, location, carrier, availability, and order type.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, supply chain issues, customs, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products may pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or delivery to the address you provided, subject to applicable law and any specific shipping terms stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for inspecting your shipment upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or appears tampered with, you should contact Ari Bikes promptly and keep all packaging materials.

Some bikes may require assembly, adjustment, torque checks, safety inspections, bedding-in of brakes, suspension setup, firmware updates, or professional service before use. You are responsible for ensuring your bike is properly assembled, adjusted, inspected, and safe to ride.

Section 10 - Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and related eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, Love It or Return It Policy, or other applicable policies posted on our website.

Certain products, services, customizations, outlet items, used/demo items, rentals, service work, special orders, or final-sale items may be subject to additional restrictions.

To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Ari Bikes return, refund, shipping, or warranty policy, the more specific policy will control for that issue.

Section 11 - Warranty and Product Support

Product warranties are governed by the applicable Ari Bikes warranty policy and any manufacturer warranties provided by component manufacturers.

Ari Bikes warranties may vary by product type, purchaser, condition, model, outlet/demo status, jurisdiction, and other factors. Component warranties may be provided directly by third-party manufacturers and may be subject to their own terms.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, improper maintenance, crashes, modifications, neglect, commercial use, unauthorized repairs, and use outside intended product specifications may not be covered.

Section 12 - Services, Rentals, Repairs, and Hubtiger

Ari Bikes may offer or coordinate service, repair, rental, demo, maintenance, or related workflows through internal systems or third-party tools such as Hubtiger, Lightspeed POS, Podium, or other providers.

Service, repair, rental, and demo offerings may be subject to additional waivers, agreements, deposits, ID requirements, payment terms, scheduling terms, safety requirements, damage fees, late fees, or cancellation policies.

You are responsible for using rented, demoed, serviced, or repaired products safely and in accordance with applicable laws, trail rules, and manufacturer guidance.

Section 13 - Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, websites, apps, payment providers, financing providers, review platforms, chat tools, analytics tools, AI tools, service tools, or other services that we do not own or control.

These third-party services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and may be governed by the third party’s own terms, privacy policies, and disclosures.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, materials, products, services, decisions, data practices, errors, outages, or transactions.

Section 14 - User Comments, Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish content that is fake, deceptive, irrelevant, unlawful, offensive, contains private information, violates these Terms, or otherwise fails to meet our review or community standards.

Your submission of personal information through the website, store, Bike Finder, custom setup tools, checkout, support channels, review tools, financing tools, or other services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Cycling, mountain biking, road biking, e-biking, trail riding, rentals, demos, and related activities involve inherent risks, including risk of serious injury, death, property damage, collisions, falls, mechanical failure, weather hazards, terrain hazards, traffic hazards, and actions of other riders, drivers, pedestrians, or trail users.

You are responsible for riding safely, wearing appropriate protective equipment, following applicable laws and trail rules, inspecting your bike, maintaining your bike, understanding product limitations, and riding within your ability.

Ari Bikes is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused by misuse, improper assembly, improper maintenance, unsafe riding, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modifications, crashes, trail conditions, road conditions, weather, or third-party conduct, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Section 21 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ari Bikes, Speedstar LLC, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, your submitted content, or your misuse of any product.

Section 22 - Termination

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Ari Bikes.

You may stop using the website or services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful conduct.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, products, or services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
