We’re looking for high-energy, people-first teammates to join the Customer Experience (CX) Team at the new Ari Bentonville. What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and riders like they’re part of the Ari family

Ari Bikes is hiring skilled and passionate Bike Technicians to join the crew at our new Ari Bentonville location. This role is all about keeping bikes dialed—from new builds and customer service work to maintaining the demo fleet that fuels Bentonville’s ride scene.
We’re looking for techs who know their way around a torque wrench, care about the details, and want to be part of something bigger than just spinning wrenches.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble new bikes to Ari’s high performance and safety standards
- Perform service and repairs on customer bikes with quality and care
- Maintain, tune, and prep demo fleet bikes for daily use
- Work closely with the CX team to ensure fast turnaround and great service
- Keep the service area clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Help riders get back on trail—faster and better than ever
Who You Are:
- You’re an experienced bike mechanic or tech with sharp attention to detail
- You’re confident working on modern drivetrains, suspension, brake systems, and ebikes
- You’re comfortable using (or quick to learn) service software and digital intake systems
- You’re cool under pressure during event weekends and busy days
- You’re a team player with pride in craftsmanship and customer experience

We are seeking a talented Content Creator with expertise in both video production and photography to help tell our story and showcase our products. As a key part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for use across digital platforms including social media, our website, and email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content featuring bicycles, gear, and lifestyle imagery.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, and online product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Create content that resonates with our cycling community and appeals to a broad audience of enthusiasts.
- Stay up to date with trends in content creation, videography, and photography, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage and organize content assets in a way that supports seamless use across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production (shooting and editing) and photography (product and lifestyle).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other professional video and photo editing software.
- Knowledge of best practices for content creation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

As a Customer Success
Specialist, you will be interacting with other Ari team members and Ari customers to help them have the exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, excited about our products, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have an open mind, are willing to learn, and love talking with people. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Customer interaction, implementing best-practices, coaching and guiding customers
Communicating about Ari products and helping people attain their riding desires
Establishing and managing expectations and goals
Qualifications
Must have an interest in and knowledge of bicycles. Must be self-motivated, easy to work with, willing to learn, and get along well with others. Must love biking and have an interest in all types of bikes. Must be excited and skilled at communicating with others both on the Ari Team and Ari customers. We are looking for the best people and pay will be commensurate. Work location will be in Lindon.
