• Build and assemble bicycles to exact specifications
• Perform detailed inspections, tuning, and quality checks before shipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and accurately
• Work across road, mountain, and e-bike platforms

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and throughput

As a Customer Success
Specialist, you will be interacting with other Ari team members and Ari customers to help them have the exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, excited about our products, able to work in a fast-paced environment, have an open mind, are willing to learn, and love talking with people. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Customer interaction, implementing best-practices, coaching and guiding customers
Communicating about Ari products and helping people attain their riding desires
Establishing and managing expectations and goals
Qualifications
Must have an interest in and knowledge of bicycles. Must be self-motivated, easy to work with, willing to learn, and get along well with others. Must love biking and have an interest in all types of bikes. Must be excited and skilled at communicating with others both on the Ari Team and Ari customers. We are looking for the best people and pay will be commensurate. Work location will be in Lindon.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator with expertise in both video production and photography to help tell our story and showcase our products. As a key part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for use across digital platforms including social media, our website, and email campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content featuring bicycles, gear, and lifestyle imagery.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, social media, and online product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Create content that resonates with our cycling community and appeals to a broad audience of enthusiasts.
- Stay up to date with trends in content creation, videography, and photography, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage and organize content assets in a way that supports seamless use across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production (shooting and editing) and photography (product and lifestyle).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other professional video and photo editing software.
- Knowledge of best practices for content creation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for cycling or interest in the biking industry is a plus.
